  • Grading Information

    1] This form is for students Under 9 years old (ages 4-8 years)

    2] All student must have valid British Taekwondo membership & Insurance to attend this day.

    3] Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to grade and will not be eligible for a refund

    Note: While it is possible for students to double grade, advancing two grades based on exceptional performance, it's important to note that students can only apply for their next immediate grade/belt level. Students do not have the option to choose the grade which they are applying for. Additionally, students do not have the authority to decide when they grade; this is strictly determined by the student's instructor

    Certificate Information: the information provided on this form is utilised for the production of a grading certificate. In the event of any inaccuracies, obtaining a replacement certificate will incur a £7.50 fee.

    Requirements:

    Students are required to wear their full Tsunami Taekwondo branded uniform exclusively in order to grade. Wearing Tsunami T-shirts is not permissible and will not be accepted. Uniforms should be clean and ironed.

    Full Sparring Kit (Mandatory for White/Green Tags an above)

    BOOKING END DATE: Sunday 11th May 2025

    Payments made after the closing date will be subject to a £10 late charge

    Public Notice:

    I acknowledge that this event is conducted under Tsunami Taekwondo rules. I agree not to hold any representative of Tsunami responsible for the loss of personal items or for any injuries that may occur during the grading

    I also fully accept the decisions made by the grading officials on the day.

    If student is under 18, this form must be signed by a parent or guardian.

    Tsunami Taekwondo regularly captures photographs and video footage of students. This content is utilized for promotional and advertising purposes on various media platforms, including newsletters, web pages, social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok), and other promotional materials and products.

    "I acknowledge that by signing this form, I grant permission to Tsunami Taekwondo's staff team to use, reproduce, and distribute photographs and videos of myself and/or my child(ren) in material for promotional or other purposes. I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me now or in the future by reason of such use
